Notes from previous ownersDonald and Beverly Hensler:

We purchased this vessel through the Martin Bird Yacht Brokerage in Annapolis, Md in 1992. It had been brought to Annapolis by Mr. Todd Duff who had purchased it in Florida and had replaced the decks, added 2-40 gal. water tanks, an aluminum fuel tank, and a perkins diesel engine. We moved the boat to the Worton Creek Boat Yard and continued outfitting-- adding new rigging, a new transmission, etc. In 1998 we completed outfitting and and sailed the boat to S. Gouldsboro where have enjoyed sailing the Maine coast.

Guillemot was purchased on November 9, 2009 by Paul and Sandy, residing in northern New Jersey. She will be sailed up the East Coast to her new home and venue: Raritan Yacht Club on Raritan Bay, just a stone’s throw from the famous Verrazano Bridge and New York Harbor.

The trip will take up to two weeks and begin with a shake-down cruise from Sorrento, ME to Castine, ME, an approximate 55 nautical mile trip, with the previous owner, Don Hensler aboard.
