I purchased the boat on August 3rd, 2005 from the original owner Bob Falvey. Bob had originally ordered this boat and it was believed to be the last boat built in Yokosuka, Japan before the plant was moved to Long Beach, CA. This boat still rests in the same slip that Bob originally stored the boat in San Pedro. The boat has only experienced local coastal cruising from the Channel Islands south to San Diego. Sea Song has been well cared for over the years. The decks and cockpit have been rebuilt as well as a complete motor rebuild about 40 hours ago. Bob was reluctant to sale, but he and his wife are getting along in years and it was difficult for Bobs wife to get around the boat with her arthritis.

Over the next couple of years I plan to do some upgrades on equipment so as to facilitate our long range cruising plans.
Our first project is to replace the lower shrouds on the main as they have deteriorated due to the shroud covers that had been used. The covers have been jetisoned and the new shrouds will sport Norseman terminal fittings.
