Craig & Carrie Tibbetts
Hibou was launched in June 1968 by Dr. Goodhugh Livingston. The best we can piece together the next owners were the Everett Sea Scouts then B. Craig Cumberland. One of the two previous owners changed the vessel's name to "Grace". We purchased her in May 2005 and as part of our restoration project changed her name back to her original name "Hibou" (ee-boo, French for Owl).
